FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

 WHAT IS THE OPERATING TIME?

We work 24 hours, 365 days a year. We are at your disposal ever you need it.

 

THE PARK IS NEAR TO THE OPORTO AIRPORT?

Yes, we are about 250 meters from Oporto airport. However we have a courtesy shuttle to take you to the terminal and pick you up on your return.

 

WHEN I DELIVER MY CAR AT YOUR PARKING, HOW DO I GO TO THE AIRPORT?

Upon arriving at our car parking you will have at your disposal a courtesy Shuttle and a driver to take you immediately to the airport terminal.

 

HOW DO I GET TO YOUR PARKING TO COLLECT MY CAR?

When you return from your trip and you are at the airport terminal, contact us and our courtesy Shuttle will pick you up at the terminal to bring you back to our parking.

 

 CAN I DELIVER / COLLECT MY CAR AT THE AIRPORT?

Yes you can take advantage of our Vallet service. For this you have to make your reservation with 8 hours in advance.

 

HOW CAN I MAKE THE RESERVATION?

Your reservation can be made through our telephone contacts (00351) 22 318 8443 / (00351) 915 131 999, via e-mail to reservas@royalparking.pt or through our booking form here on the website. It can also be made personally on our facilities.

 

DOES THE PAYMENT BE MADE AT THE TIME I MAKE THE RESERVATION?

No, THE payment is only made on the return of your trip.

 

IS IT REQUIRED TO MAKE A RESERVATION?

As a matter of logistics, speed and to guarantee your place, we recommend that you make a reservation, whenever possible, so that the delivery process of your car is made more quickly and efficiently. The reservation doesnt have any additional cost.

 

MAY I CHANGE MY RESERVATION?

Yes, you can change whenever you want your reservation by replying to the email you received after making your reservation or by contacting us through our contact numbers available. You can also make any necessary changes in our facilities when the delivery your car talking to the employee who receives it.

 

IS MY VEHICLE WELL KEPT?

Yes it is well kept as we have a fully fenced parking lot with opening and closing of gates only automatically and after authorization. In addition to this we have video surveillance system and human surveillance and also alarm.

 

IS THE PARK SAFE?

We have insurance against theft, fire and property damage. The courtesy shuttle driver has letter insurance and defensive driving course.

  

I'M ON TRIP AND I DECIDED TO EXTEND MY STAY, OR MY FLIGHT IS LATE, WHAT DO I DO?

In these cases we suggest that you send an E-mail / SMS or that you contact us using our available contact numbers to inform us of the necessary changes, so that we can deliver your car. However we are always cheking web on the route of your flight to guarantee the delivery of your car at any time.
